EAT Stockholm Food Forum 2016

The Forum gathers thought leaders from all over the world to shift food systems towards greater sustainability, security, and equity within the boundaries of our planet. DNV GL will host a Competence Forum focused on Turning global risks into sustainable solutions for business.

Meet DNV GL at this year’s EAT Forum, which will cover consumption and production patterns, cities, accountability, technology and innovation across the food industry. The aim of the EAT Forum is to connect the world’s experts on food, health and environment to collaborate across traditional sectors and disciplines. 

DNV GL’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Bjørn Kj. Haugland, is among the speakers at the event, along with experts and policy makers from all over the world.  

Together with DNV GL Life Sciences Director, Jahn Henry Løvaas, he will also host our Competence Forum “Turning global risks into sustainable solutions for business”. The focus of this roundtable session will be on how can we turn the food crisis to positive food business opportunities? Start the day by triggering your brain - try speed dating fellow participants in this highly interactive session to come up with solutions. This is your opportunity to share your own story and learn from the experts behind the Global Opportunity Reports (Global Opportunity Report on Food), starting with Bjørn Kj. Haugland, who will inspire you with the highlights. In 60 minutes we hope that you will create 5 opportunities through roundtable conversations – these opportunities will be presented at the plenary on Tuesday, June 14th.
